2. Data we collect
Through our forms, we may collect your name or company name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. Providing a phone number is optional. The web server may also record basic technical data, such as your IP address, request time, device type and browser, where necessary to ensure security and the proper operation of the website.
3. Purposes and legal bases for processing
- responding to enquiries and corresponding with you — based on our legitimate interest in communicating with people interested in our products or cooperation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- taking steps before entering into a contract or performing a contract — where your message concerns an order or cooperation (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- maintaining website security and establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims — based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Data recipients and form handling
Data may be shared with providers that supply MASTERBOX with hosting, email, technical maintenance and website security services, solely to the extent necessary to provide those services.
Our forms are technically handled by the external FormSubmit service (Devro LABS). Data entered in a form is transmitted through this service to the MASTERBOX email inbox. According to FormSubmit documentation, copies of submissions may be retained by the provider for 30 days. For details, see the FormSubmit privacy policy.
The website also uses Google Fonts. When fonts are downloaded, your browser may connect to Google servers and transmit basic technical data, including your IP address.
5. Retention period
We retain correspondence data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry. If the contact leads to a contract, data may be retained for the duration of the contract, any mandatory record-keeping period and until the limitation periods for potential claims expire. Data processed solely on the basis of legitimate interest is retained until that interest ceases or you successfully object, unless an overriding legal basis permits continued processing.
6. Your rights
Where provided by the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict its processing, receive data portability and object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office or the competent supervisory authority in your country.
7. Voluntary provision of data
Providing data is voluntary, but your email address, sender identification and message content are required to use the form. Without this information, we cannot receive your enquiry or respond to it.
8. Cookies and analytics
The current version of this website does not use Google Analytics, advertising tools or marketing cookies. We therefore do not display a consent banner. The hosting provider may use essential technical data and server logs to maintain security and ensure the proper operation of the service.
If analytics or marketing tools are added in the future, this policy will be updated and an appropriate consent mechanism will be introduced before any optional cookies are activated.
9. Automated decision-making
Data submitted through the forms is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the website, the services it uses or applicable law changes. The current version is always published at this address.
